Donald Trump’s Ultimatum to Pak – But will the US Walk the Talk?

On August 21, US President Donald Trump threatened Pakistan with heavy retribution if Islamabad did not close down terrorist havens on its soil and drive out these elements.  He specifically mentioned the Afghan Taliban and the Al Qaeda, but in a manner referred to all Pakistan – supported terrorists (including understandably those that continuously target India).

Despite pundits and punters, Donald J. Trump defeated his Democrat rival Hillary Clinton to the American Presidency on Electoral College votes.  He is set to be sworn in as the 45th President of the United States of America on 20th January 2016.  If the election for the President and Vice President was through direct votes Clinton would have won.  Leave these aside.
