Indian Prime Minsiter Narendra Modi ended his state visit to China with a flourish in Shanghai on May 16. The day marked the completion of one year of the BJP led NDA government in New Delhi, and Modi used it to the hilt, addressing a 5000 strong Indian diaspora in China who gathered in Shanghai.
