As the Doklam standoff ended last week, observers were left wondering what the legal circumstances of the situation is, including the international legal status of Tibet. (The Kachins have over 500 Kms of border with India mainly in Arunachal Pradesh. Of the border with Myanmar, the Kachin border is the most peaceful and stable on both sides of the border in India and Myanmar. Unfortunately, it is the least developed both in terms of infrastructure and inter action. This needs to change)
